It was a stressful 24 hour period for me. James, his wife (sorry don’t recall your name), their son, Todd and Kieth were all so professional and very accommodating. If I needed to send my daughter or my wife to get car taken care of…this is definitely where I would feel most comfortable. They treat ALL customers with respect and honesty. My car got diagnosed and fixed properly. Incidentally, James discovered that issue with my car was related to a couple of recalls. I didn’t realize this. Instead of doing the work himself and charging the the large $$$$ he could have pocketed himself, he called the dealership and made arrangements for the dealership to get the recalls done at no charge….definitely trust them with all my vehicles moving forward. Great job crew!
