Pit Stop

Eek! $75 for a simple oil change on a Camry! I've never paid so much! The people were professional so I'll give a couple of stars but I definitely will not be returning.

Pit stop is always a great place to get an oil change. You don't have to get out of the car during service the the people were very professional. There was not wait during my service even at 2 pm. Most other service places you need an appointment or need to arrive at 7am to get service by 10 am. I will gladly pay any extra if it means retaining 2 hours away from the service station. Watch out for the additional recommendations. It is not forced on you but some are not needed. Otherwise good service

I took my truck to them for a tune up in June 2023 and they hooked up the computer and found multiple issues that would need correcting. I declined those services at the time, but asked them to investigate another problem I’d been having for over a year now. I dropped it off with them so they could troubleshoot a parasitic draw on the battery. I’d already replaced the battery twice and TOLD them this, so when I came back to pick it up, they acted like they did me a favor by having the battery replaced again and said the negative terminal was loose and just needed to be tightened and I should be good to go. Now, I’m an aircraft mechanic, so I know a little something about mechanics 101. I knew that wouldn’t fix it, so I told them what happens when inevitably it will be dead again in 24 hours. They said if that happens to call or bring it back in. I drove it home and let it sit for 2 days before attempting to start it again and whaddaya know, it’s dead again. When I called them back, I w
