I needed an alignment for my Honda Element. I made an appointment, took my car in, and was there less than an hour. They drove my vehicle to check for issues, did the alignment, and then did another test drive. When I paid for the work, they showed me the before and after printout of what changes were made, explaining to me the difference. This is the only place that I've ever gone to that has been so thorough as to explain things. (I'm 59, so it's not exactly my first alignment.) I was very impressed with their customer service, thoroughness, and quality of work. I highly recommend Kasey's Tire & Auto to anyone needing an alignment. Their pricing is great, and a great value.
