They fixed up my car really well! The turn around time was not the fastest in the world, but it wasn't unreasonable, but what really got me, and why I am giving them a full 5/5 is the paint matching was on point! I have a weird color car, and after my first accident in it the bumper was just slightly the wrong color, that issue has been completely rectified by pamplin body shop, The car looks better now than before someone backed into me. We had our back top brake light panel fall off our Chevrolet company van. We took it to the Chevy dealer locally and they wanted $700 to fix/repair it. So, I had thought to take it to Pamplin Body Shop where my wife's car was repaired. (and they did a great job). We were amazed when they took it to the garage for 20 minutes. When they came back it was fixed and said it was FREE OF CHARGE. They said it just clipped back on. Two companies; one might get your business once, but the other will get my business for a lifetime!

They helped us with an estimate, and helped us with our insurance company. Very helpful.
