I've owned my '77 GMC 3/4 ton for 20 years. It has always had minor transmission issues. It finally went out. I took it to Mack's on advice from another excellent repair service. When I got my 'old' truck back, it drove like a new one; smoother and more responsive than any time since I first got it. Very forthcoming with information on the failure and there is no way I could complain about the cost. I will recommend them to anyone. Service: Transmission repair
Had a clutch pack replaced for 500 after they were sure it was the problem. Still don’t go to 3rd. They just took it for a test drive and couldn’t help me out. I’ll take my loss. Friendly people though. Service: Transmission
