Oh my goodness! They were so nice and they were the only tire place open on Sunday! Or it might have been Saturday? They were there when I needed them and fast and courteous. Definitely recommend them for ALL of your tire needs!

Called on Thursday to schedule my free oil change since I'm a Car-Mart customer and was told to come in on Saturday at 11:30. When I asked if he needed my name was told no that they don't actually schedule appointments they just keep in mind that you are coming. Drove an hour to get there for them to tell me that they can't do it cause their system is not working to bill Car-Mart. They just said well maybe you can find someone else to do it.

I'm wondering where to start. Prior to my most recent visit, my husband and I frequently brought all of our vehicles to this location. Since we have three teenage drivers, our visits are frequent. We have never encountered any issues during our visits. My husband and I bought new tires for our Prius 8 months ago. Recently, we noticed that the front tires had wire showing and the back had several bald spots - clearly, an alignment problem. When my husband took the car in to be serviced, they told him that there was no alignment service listed on our service papers when we bought the tires. When he asked why they didn't do an alignment, the service representative said that they always perform an alignment. Unfortunately, our warranty didn't cover the issue, but we were able to negotiate a reasonable deal and ended up purchasing four new tires.
