There is not enough space on this review to express the gratitude I have for this place. From the first moment I walked in, almost in tears from the Lexus dealership that told me I had $5500 in repairs, I was instantly calmed. They are HONEST, read that again because honest isn’t something you will find when needing repairs. I will forever be a customer here. No matter how big or small, they have your interest at heart. If you are looking for a fair and transparent company GO HERE!! Every person here from the front desk to the hands on repair is educated and WILL find the answers. They saved my car, bank account, and sanity! Much love to all of these beautiful people (and no I was not paid nor do I know any of them personally)!

I can’t say enough about Tia and Ashley and the whole metric crew. They took care of meat a reasonable price and they have gained a customer for life. This is how customers should be treated. Just had my A/C system repaired with Metric Motors. The techs did a thorough diagnostic process to fully determine the issues, and were timely with the repairs. I worked predominantly with Tia on the scheduling/administrative side of things, and she was excellent to work with---very pleasant, personable, and knowledgeable. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service I received at Metric Motors!
