The service was very quick and the service guy did his job by trying to upsell me on a couple of things-I went for new filters bc I needed it. But he also mentioned something that the manufacturer suggests, but his personal opinion was that I didn't need that. so I appreciated that. The price is not the cheapest in town for sure but I was obviously fine with it. Service: Oil change

My car is now idling rough after a simple oil change. I brought it back immediately and was told that it the engine was cold despite the fact I had driven it over there and never had that idling issue before. Also someone broke the hood opening latch on my dash and then just put it next to my gear shift without telling me. It’s an older car and things break but not saying anything is unacceptable. I have been going to this Jiffy Lube for many years off and on, and I have never had a better experience than this last time. The staff seemed to be much better for some reason. Maybe good management or hiring, but every single person I talked to seemed genuinely interested in my best interests. Even though I did not purchase any extras, I feel like I got one. No pressure and professional. Keep up the good work. The crew let me know of a tag light that was out. This may have saved me a ticket or worse. It is always good to have professionals looking out for you and earning an honest buck. The manager was very personable and knowledgeable. This is now my favorite location for getting my car serviced. Service: Oil change
