The store manager at this location is terrific! We had a terrible experience from the Midwest City store and the manager in Edmond reached out to rectify the situation. He made me feel like a customer and not a problem. They fixed the issue within hours! Great Service.
Worse experience ever, I came for tire rotation and balance, they done the balance wrong, I came back after 5 days and they done the balance and rotation again, and when I asked them why you done a rotation again? they said yeah every balance we do we have to do a rotation lol, really? I never met with stupid people like that before. Also, they front desk trying to be smart and saying the manufacturer required the tire with most threads need to be in the back lol, since when that???? I’ll never come back for that store.
