My AC wasn’t working and Dwain’s squeezed me in the next day. I left the car and they dropped me off at my house. Got the AC fixed super quick. Fair pricing. Really enjoyed the experience. Just normal, pleasant people.

So I’ll try to make this as short as possible. If your traveling through town & have car trouble DO NOT bring your vehicle here. You’ll be in a hotel for 5 days waiting on a call that will never come. The lack of urgency & the SERIOUS lack of communication is a huge problem. You’d think being a family run business they’d have some empathy but there is none. They did a solid job of replacing parts that for all I know didn’t even need to be replaced. We were driving from Colorado when our AC stopped working about an HR outside of Edmond. It’s an older van & i am no mechanic but after sitting for a day or two and cooling off the AC worked again, I wouldn’t say 100% but it worked idle or driving. But knowing I still had a day or two on the road ahead with my family of 5 including my 100lb dog I thought I better do the responsible thing and go get this checked. Needless to say $1800 later and almost TWO weeks later my AC still doesn’t work. You can claim you needed more time all you want. I

My car suddenly broke down last week while on my way to pick up my daughter from school. I was very near Dwain’s and happened to sputter and eventually coast into their parking lot. It was a God-send that I was so close. Alexis and Michael were very thorough and informative. I know that Michael’s diagnosis was exhaustive, and the time to repair was stellar. The last thing I needed was car problems…none of us do. But I feel fortunate to have met people I now trust. I highly recommend them.
