AAA Edmond Tire & Auto Insurance Travel Center

Great car care center, the staff is friendly. I have a membership and enjoy the discounts. I've found them to be honest and I also like the automatic air pumps you can use to fill your tires, no more checking the air level and hoping it's correct. ... Until I started going to AAA, I always got mechanics that were trying to scam me. Now, I go in, it gets fixed or oil changed, ect, and I'm on my way.

I took my vehicle there to have two tires put on. It took over a week to have the tires shipped to the store and installed on my vehicle. Then I was charged for an alignment that was never done which was $150 and when I asked about it Scotty lied to me and told me it was something about tire warranties. And there was a few other various charges that I didn't agree to on my bill. The bill was close to $800 for two tires. Argued with Scotty on the phone for almost an hour about the charges he finally said he would refund me almost $200. Come to find out he only refunded about $120. Will not return to this business.

Decided to try AAA for oil change and tire rotation. Soo much better then car dealers. In and out in 30 minutes,,did as asked, friendly staff and very knowledgeable. No pressure to do extra wirk or add ons..will go again.
