Team One Automotive

This was the first time I used Team-One Automotive for my 2012 C250 car maintenance. They were recommended by a friend of mine. My experience was great. Patrick was our service advisor and his professionalism and customer service was a breath of fresh air. He even took the time to give us a tour of the impressive, clean shop area. He explained in detail the work that would be performed and then walked through the comprehensive report after the work was complete. I highly recommend Team-One Automotive! Chase is really great to work with, he was very cheerful and sympathetic at the same time, everything was very clear and they have a new system for conveying all the information. Patrick is also always there and very professional and helpful!

I love the diagnostic check they do no matter what your original problem was. The different angles of under the car and outside the car and what other issues you did not know about. Very thorough work and an eye opener. Other places just tell you what needs to be done but does not send detailed images of each inspection. Will definitely use Team One again.
