I was debating if I would go to Jiffy Lube or Meineke in Broken Arrow. I decided with the Meineke!!! Im super glad I did! April at the front was amazing from start to finish. They were booked for the day due to the Labor Day holiday and she was very accommodating and worked me in their busy schedule. She was very Knowledgeable and professional. I called meineke yesterday, which was the Saturday right before Mother’s Day, about getting a stripped oil plug bolt removed from my oil pan. I knew it was a risky job considering the pan is made of aluminum but they knew that too and informed me before hand that it was a risk, so I signed a waiver and they completely took care of it for me! No damage to the oil pan and I was in and out in minutes! These guys are awesome and they have my repeat business. Good price too!
