I would give no stars, but it's making me give at least 1. I've gone here a few times before and was always impressed with their service and communication. However my last interaction with them was not great. I called in a few weeks ago to get a quote on replacing an engine. I gave them all of the necessary information and was told the turn around is typically 24 hours. That was on a Thursday and called back the next Monday. It was not ready yet. No big deal honestly. I call back that Friday and still not done. I believe I spoke to the same employee all 3 times. Instead of first apologizing, which I was not looking for I got a laundry list of excuses as to why it was still not done. 1: The guy that does them ended up being out of the office. 2: We are really busy. 3: We are understaffed. 4: We are a very popular shop in town. Finally I get an apology. Again not what I was looking for. 2 weeks and a day later still no estimate from them. No estimate, no phone call, nothing. If yo

Hands down the Best business ever. They are so sweet, and caring . Im not sure if he's the manager or not , but there is a gentleman that works here that is so compassionate! He's very understanding, and will work with you ! i totally recommend this place. If i could give 10 stars i would!
