Gracious professionalism! Being stranded is never fun. 220 miles from home at midnight? That's more like the stuff nightmares are made of! Josh and Nick, of Toledo Elite Automotive came to my aid. They not only arrived in a timely manner, they also took the time to check out my car on scene and offered to make repairs instead of leaving me to sit at a closed shop overnight. They were very kind and had this old woman back on the road in under an hour. I so appreciate their honest and fair practices and pricing. (Let's face it, not all auto repair places are above board when dealing with women.) These guys were great and didn't even complain about all my chatter. I highly recommend them for all your towing and automotive needs!

I started taking my vehicles to Toledo Elite about 2 years ago and will no longer take them anywhere else, despite it being 40 minutes away from where I live. As someone who doesn't know the most about vehicles, Toledo Elite has always provided extraordinary, personable customer service that gave me reassurance that I wasn't getting worked over, up-sold, or overcharged on work as I instinctively felt with other automotive shops in the past. The customer service is what really separates them from others, providing status updates, before/after pictures of any work that was completed, and it's always done in a timely manner. I've found that pricing is unbeatable as well. They match/beat any quote for any type of work....but I quickly found that getting multiple quotes was just a waste of my time because others don't compare.
