Quoted the same price twice over the phone for a tow then on the day of was quoted a higher price. Refused to adjust the price, stating that it was her first day, even though another employee quoted a lower price also. Had to use because of short noticed because they refused to schedule the tow in advance. Then proceeded to charge me a credit card fee in addition to the 85 dollar tow. Would not use again. Not accommodating or even apologetic.

My first time getting my car worked on at Thrones and I was very impressed. The price for the work was amazing. I would recommend Thrones towing for anyone with car issues as they diagnosed my issue and fixed it quickly for cheaper than anyone in town. Thank you again Mr. Throne.

Called Thrones after my Kia broke down 18 minutes from Toledo, Ohio (I was coming from Michigan). Had trouble finding a company who would help until Rick called me back from Thrones Towing. He was super helpful and knowledgeable and went out of his way to get my car to the shop and also gave a little insight as to what the issue may be. He was very understanding and flexible when it came to my issue and even met my sister to get my key. I had a great experience with Rick and definitely recommend him for any towing needs!!
