Made an appointment for my oil pump to be changed in my truck and the day of I took it in an he said I wasn't scheduled when I clearly saved his number because I was going to start using this shop but he definitely refused my truck. The second incident was today on monday when I scheduled the Thursday before for a tires mounted and balanced on my truck again I was refused services when I clearly booked an appointment

Heading to cedar point and had a tire that was losing air. Stopped in and they fit us right in! They were very kind and professional and did a great patch up on my car tire. Service: Tires

I dealt with Jeff as soon as I walked in. I explained my issues to him and he gave me a full diagnostics complete exclamation of what my problems were on my vehicle. This business does not charge a lot but gives you perfect quality work. If you have a problem with your vehicle, go to this business. They are honest, lower priced, perfect work, and you’re not gonna get much better than Jeff. That man has 40 years experience under his belt!
