My car wouldn't shift so they took my car and diagnosed it and fixed it for $600. They charged me and gave it back with the SAME exact problem. They then told me it needed a new transmission. My car has been in the shop for 2 months and he finally calls AFTER PUTTING IN THE WRONG TRANSMISSION to tell me it's fixed BUT HE WONT OFFER ME A REFUND for the issue we never asked him to fix which he never even told us what it was. Wasn't listed on the paperwork either. Was listed as parts and labor.
HE IS A CROOK! I would give ZERO stars if I could. I took my car to Adam in March, it was overheating and leaking coolant. He charged me $1,000 to change all 5 of my coolant lines (only two were cracked, but I figured change them all). He only changed ONE, maybe two. I have tried contacting him several times via phone call and text and have not heard one response. Also they ripped a hose and I was informed during an oil change that it was taped. He is a scam artist and a thief. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!
The best and most honest mechanic shop. The owner is very honest and really a great place to take your car to.
