Initially came for an oil change, guy quickly proceeds to tell me it's free added services with what I'm paying for and that it'll take no more than 30 minutes to an hour overall, I found myself in the waiting lobby 40 minutes past an hour . My tires weren't even on my car, and the hood was still open . I'm entirely dissatisfied with the estimated and "promised" time window I was given, also with how other customers received undivided attention & help toward their issues quickly before mine. Service: Oil change
They were pretty fast and had a next day appointment available, but pretty pricey
absolutely TERRIBLE! If I could post this with ZERO stars I would !! Sat for 2 hrs while they were “working” on my car for them to tell me that he can’t fully do my alignment on my Jeep Liberty?? Absolutely RIDICULOUS! I will never come here again and i suggest you don’t waste your time or money on these incompetent people!!
