We had an emergency while traveling and nobody was willing to squeeze us in other than them. They were very friendly, worked as quick as possible to get us back on the road, and did a great job!

I went to the earl brothers that used to be in Wauseon Ohio. .some years ago with my Nisson Sentra for a tune up . Was told 49.00 ALL inclusive . Half way during the job, the tech looked at one of his friends who stopped by and .asked HIM to finish the job while he checks out another friends new truck who just stopped by . Afterward we test drove my car ,heard rattling then ,brought it back, then the rattling disappeared, but tech was missing a stubby screw driver ..enough said ! Afterward my bill which i was told would be 49.00( all inclusive) was charged 98.00 .for "everything "(4 sprkplugs,2inch section of breaklive,2 ring clamps) I would hope that this is not reflective of their continued service.

Rich and his team were so thorough and honest when it came to evaluating the roaring sound coming from the front end of my car. I took my car to them for a second opinion, and they were able to accurately diagnose the actual problem and made me feel comfortable leaving my car with them. Would definitely recommend their services to others!
