Conrad's Tire Express & Total Car Care

Tough look for Conrad’s. Not only did they call me 40 mins before my appointment trying to get me to reschedule (I had a Saturday 9am scheduled for 5 days), but then I had to call them at 4:45 (they closed at 5). They told me they are working on the car now and it would be done by 5:15 at the latest. I drive up to Conrad’s arriving at 5:15-5:20. They call me again as I’m pulling in to tell me that one of the bolts from my wheel stud was cross threaded and stripped. No one at the store could fix it and I was told I won’t be able to get my car back until Monday around 11am So not only did they try to cancel on me, but my car also sat at Conrad’s untouched for 7.5 hours just to find out one of their “techs that is no longer with the company” was the one who worked on my car last. Long story short I do not have a car all weekend and will have to take a half day at work to be able to get my car Monday

April at the Rocky River store was very helpful and made my experience great. Answered all my questions and have 10/10 customer service

My tire was very low so I took it to this Conrad Store. Amazing job and price Shout out to Brandon for his professionalism
