Spoke with Kevin about a repair estimate, told him exactly which part (according to a Dealership mechanic) that I needed, make and model of the car, told him I was shopping around for prices, and had already been quoted by the Dealership. I was told that he could not give me any estimate over the phone for cost of parts/labor because "it wouldn't be fair to me" if it turned out to be more. My understanding on estimates is that they aren't a contract just a rough idea of what to expect cost wise. I wasn't asking for an exact, down to the penny quote that can never change, could never be more or be less lol! Kevin told me he would need to physically look at the car. So, before you can give me any idea on general cost of services, I have to physically bring my car in to you and put my life on hold with no idea what you'll charge me, assuming I then agree to have your mechanic do the work? uhh? Was sent a flyer for free brake pads no purchase necessary. Beware not true. I understand they will charge u for labor but they will force u to buy rotors when u don’t even need them. I ended up getting a private mechanic for less than half the price and I paid for my own brakes. Now they are sending out free tire coupons got rid of that immediately.

This is why I've been going to this garage for about 20 years. They led me in the right direction for a repair that was more affordable for me at this time. I love these guys.
