I hired these guys to work on my RV. Was put on a 2 week waiting list which i understand...simple brake work and some diagnostic on engine.....almost 3 weeks later still no brake repair...reps were polite but but adamant that they were short handed..i went there 5 times and finally decided to just take vehicle back home..very disappointed..terrible communication...bizarre Norm knows exactly who I am..please sir
