Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

Wouldn't even give me the option for a 0 star review! This place is a scam! Ladies watch out! Seems to be a bait and snatched type of establishment! The work that i paid $3000 wasn't even done correctly! Just went and got a second opinion on my vehicle because My car is having a flare up of these same issues. At the 2nd mechanic I was told that what they charged me for was not even done. Now I have to pay to have my vehicle fixed properly when it should have been done 3 months ago when I had my vehicle at Mr. Tire! The moment I left Mr. Tire North Ridgeville I knew something was wrong with my car when I called and spoke to the manager he basically blew me off and told me that the mechanic wasted his entire paycheck on my car that day and that he could have gotten several other cars done. I have now spoken to 2 managers Ben and Maxwell who both lied and blew me off. I have contacted corporate 3 emails 3 voicemails and still no response since September! This place is a joke! Price g

This review is for Mr. Tire in North Ridgeville, Ohio. The owner/manager is extremely pleasant and communicative as well as the rest of the staff I worked with. My 2014 Cadillac was having suspension problems. They inspected it for free. He told me that because of the complicated electronic controlled suspension that it would be about $4,000. I thought wow this is a lot I should probably get a second opinion as we all know horror stories about people getting ripped off from auto services centers. I took the car to the local Cadillac Dealership. #1 - I had to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment. #2 - They charged me like $180 to inspect it. and #3 Their quote was nearly $11,000 to do the work and then they tried to tell me the car needed another $7,000 of work. Well the car is barely worth more than $18,000. This just reassured me that this location really was honest. Took over an hour to patch a tire. Two “techs” working on it. At first they almost fixed the wrong tire. The did a internal patch plug. Well couple hundred miles into my trip to Tennessee the patch failed. 100% improper installation of the patch. Ended up having to get the tire replaced due to how bad they installed the patch plug. 0/5 stars if I took that long to patch a tire when I was a tire tech I’d been fired.
