Crash Champions Collision Repair

My car was rear ended on 12/14/2021 between 12/17/2021-1/4/2022 my car was dropped off to Crash Champions with not 1 estimate sent to State Farm to get my car fixed in that time frame! I also was told by Crash Champion body shop that the estimate I got from my body shop that i have used for 20 years was trying to replace parts that didn't need to be replaced and that Crash Champions would take a "hammer" and knock out dents in body panels and my exhaust instead of replacing the damaged sections of my car! On top of this they told me they would not be using new parts on my car they would be using "JUNK YARD" parts on my car! The car was towed back to my body shop where the estimate is now at $11,300! Crash Champions said it would be under $4k to fix my car at their shop because they will use a HAMMER on my car and JUNK YARD PARTS! I do not recommend this body shop!! Response.. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with any sort of work being done on my car. Got into a pretty bad wreck around Thanksgiving, and 6 days later they had my car on their lot ready to start work, when other shops were estimating availability in early February!! In less than a month, and just in time for Christmas (with family all over the state and country, having a car is kind of important around then) I had my car back and was in constant communication with the shop every step of the way. Kenny, along with everyone else I had the pleasure of working with, was super knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to respond. They made a really scary and frustrating time in my life seem a lot more bearable, and I’m forever grateful for everything they’ve done for me. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

John and Crash Champions delivered superb repairs and customer service after my Toyota Tacoma was damaged by a hit-and-run in a parking lot. John was communicative and friendly and we bonded over our shared obsession with Tacoma’s. He provided timely updates and finished the job a week early, just in time for when he knew I had to travel out of state for the holidays. Could not have asked for a better experience.
