Terry has been one of the best mechanics I’ve ever dealt with. I have an older Cadillac that has encountered a litany of problems. Everything from brakes to engine rebuild to exhaust and then some. Terry being a Cadillac Master Technician, he was always able to accurately diagnose and repair all the issues my vehicle had— on a reasonable timeline and at a reasonable price point. There was a time that the steering column became completely detached from the dashboard due to worn down components. Terry and his team were somehow able to find a mint condition steering wheel/column assembly in the same specific interior color, install it, and it’s never looked/worked better. If I didn’t move out of the area, I’d still be bringing my business here. Highly recommend. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Brakes

About 5 years ago I was referred to Terry by a transmission specialist when I asked him for a trusted mechanic. Since then, no one besides Terry and his team have touched any of my vehicles for repair work. We live an hour away, yet we continue to drive to Terry when we have repair needs. When broken down, I even pay the extra tow mileage fee to have the car sent up to Hamilton. Terry is cool to begin with, but most importantly, I trust him not only with our vehicles, but I'd trust him with my wallet. Terry does good work, at a fair price, with HONESTY. This place is special in my opinion, and always busy. That should tell you what you need to know.

Took my car in to have head gaskets replaced from over heating . Took over a year to get my car back & it still is leaking major oil & now sounds like my engine is knocking or head gaskets weren’t tuned right . Spent $1100 and now have to take it to a professional mechanic to see what more is wrong & what wasn’t fixed appropriately. I don’t understand how this shop has been open for so long for how extraordinarily unprofessional & unqualified the work & service is . I’d go to anywhere else other than here . Drive my car for 20 minutes and it’s covered in oil & engine is knocking . Worst experience with a mechanic I have ever had . Do not trust this business
