I purchased my car from rose and usually have a great experience getting it serviced there but for the past year I’ve had a knocking noise that they have had a hard time replicating. So this past visit I got an oil change and had them check it to which they told me they fixed, I think just to tell me cause I’m pretty sure I’m still hearing it. I also tried to use a coupon for my oil change that they sent me and because I didn’t specifically ask for a tire rotation I was unable to use the coupon! I’m not as happy as I have been in the past!
It was a great experience. I got exactly what I asked for and when I ran into an issue after the sale they took care of that as well. Mike and everyone else at Rose has my sincerest appreciation for all they did for me
First time going to a buy here pay here!!! My sales man was Sam, and he did an amazing job finding me a good reliable car. He didn’t give up!!! Hands down an amazing person with a caring heart… would recommend highly. Thanks again Sam!!!
