My father owned a "service" station. I remember him telling me how, "it's better to earn a nickel from twenty people than, a dollar from one" I think of him, every time I go to Jim's. They've earned my business by, earning my trust.
Can't say enough great things about this place. We didn't realize but the owner actually came and aired our tire up as we were stranded on road so we could make it to his shop. Promptly took care of us. All his employees were kind and friendly. This place is a rare gem!
James tire and Auto is the only place that my husband and I will go to for our tires and issues with our car. One of the mechanics are used to make fun of me and say that I deserve frequent flyer miles there for a while I was getting a tire every two months it seemed like, but they were always there always gave me a heck of a deal on a good used tire, but of course I have the option of a brand new one they always have all sizes and brands that you may want or need. There's nowhere else I would recommend Hamilton besides Jim's tire and auto service.
