Busted Knuckle Mobil Auto Repair

I and my family have been bringing all of our vehicles to Jeff and his sons at Busted Knuckle Auto Repair for at least the last 15 years. It is safe to say that I would now take them nowhere else. There are many reasons why. The first and foremost is that I can absolutely trust what they tell me about my vehicles to be the truth. A number of times I have been told by other mechanics, tire installers, dealers, etc that this or that was wrong with my car only to be told by Jeff that the (often expensive) repair I needed was indeed not needed or not needed yet and sometimes after looking at my vehicle or even test driving it I was not charged for this information. Jeff always considers how to do a repair as cheaply as possible and gives me options at various price points. They do a wide variety of repairs from big jobs to fairly trivial repairs. For example, they recently repaired the sun visor of my wife's car which was failing to stay where it belonged. Then there is price. I b

I'm not from Columbus, they drove over to jump me and get it back to the shop then had it fixed the next day and fixed another problem I was having to. Great shop great guys.

Got in a tight pinch with a radiator leak while traveling leaving us stranded 4.5 hours from home. I called first thing in the morning and he had me come over and looked at my vehicle taking a short time away from another job to help me. He diagnosed the problem ordered the parts needed right then and there and had my vehicle back on the road just after noon. He was incredibly kind, timely and did quality work. This shop was a life saver and gave us a fair price, one might even say it was generous saving us lots of time and money. I recommend this place 110%.
