Fast friendly service moved my car exactly where I requested no issues will definitely recommend Service: Car towing

The tow person was very unfriendly and curt while dropping me and my Mercedes’ Benz off at the dealership. He towed the car properly, but made what was already an unfortunate situation that much more annoying. Since he seemed to not speak English, I used Google translate to explain that I’d like to drive back down with him to the lower level and I’ll get out once we arrive at the entrance. Instead of dropping me off at the entrance of the dealership, he insisted on leaving me at the garage area. I had to walk back to the entrance where my ride was waiting, while he drove right past a minute later. Don’t understand why he couldn’t have dropped me off at the entrance then. He was not communicative or helpful. Service: Car towing

My boyfriends took my daughters car here to has the engine replaced. It took over a month and a half for them to complete the repair. When we got it back it still had a few issues. I wouldn’t go here if you except to get you a vehicle back in a timely manner and then they don’t communicate with you about what’s going on with your car. While he was there picking up the car employees were hanging cameras because they said people have been coming there and taking off with their car. I imagine so if you keep calling your mechanic and they are avoiding your calls and they keep saying we’re working on it. I would be a little concerned too and want to pick up my car. We rode it out but after a month and a half we had enough. Don’t recommend this company at all Thanks for the response but it wasn’t about money.
