Nice guy, does good honest work, and enjoys music. Easy to talk with and explains what's wrong with your automobile like your a human being and does not talk down to you or seem rude when explaining. His rates are fair, I know this because I have got multiple quotes before on previous cars he has fixed and he has always been either the same or cheaper than those big companies out there like Firestone. I have never had an issue with mr.Armstrong in payment or when it's time for pickup of my car. Has a Dropbox for keys, so when it is your scheduled time for drop off, you can do it really early if you want since the keys drop into the box. The only downside I can think of is he is always super busy, everyone around this area knows he does good work and is willing to help out so his schedule is always booked out pretty far so call him sooner rather than later and you will thank me later I guarantee it.
Scott is the absolute best, period. Most importantly, he is more than competent. He will fix your car the correct way, the first time. He even fixes other mechanics’ works that didn’t do the job correctly (had an axle break at a tire store and they replaced the axle, but missed some things and Scott caught them when he replaced the the other axle). He is extremely reliable and has always finished his work on time. His pricing is more than fair. Can’t say enough good things about Scott! If he’s got a fault, he’s just too nice. He will talk your ear off if you give him a chance. Thanks Scott for the all you have done for me.
Very pleased with the work he does. He is honest, professional, and polite. He will also let you know if other things are wrong, if it will prevent the vehicle from driving or if it is safe to wait til later to fix. I would recommend Armstrong Automotive to all my friends.
