Great Lakes Honda West Service Center

I have had my 2015 Honda Odyssey Touring serviced at Great Lakes Honda since I purchased it when it was Jack Matia Honda. I had warranty work done quickly and efficiently, and have always able to get in right away. I’ve had front and rear brakes done, tires replaced and regular maintenance done at Great Lakes. I had 4 tires put on yesterday and shopped prices at Sam’s and Costco and the DEALER price was $200 less for the same tires installed. Service is very competitively priced. I used to shop around, not anymore. They made me live my Honda again. A special shout out to Mike Gantz, Service Advisor. His Service is spot on. Brevin was amazing! I was dropping my car off the night before my appointment and he said he’d take it in right now and check it out really quick for me.. I was in and out in 30 minutes... way better experience than the last time I was there!

Service department did routine maintenance on my Honda Accord. It was done in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. I really trust them to do what needs done without adding unneeded work recommendations.
