Yesterday my brother and I (07/11/2022) physically went in to set up an appointment for a oil change. I requested full synthetic to be put in my car.. I always put full synthetic in any car I own no matter how old or new it is. . Took my car in for my appointment at 3:00. ( some grouchy customers in there I might add with them short staffed) When my oil change was complete and they handed me the paper work I asked if it was full synthetic because they had a rebate for a 25.00 gift card. I was informed it was not ( not their fault but the person the day before who set up the appointment) They offered to take it back and put the correct oil in it and I said no. It's a hot day, their faces were red from the heat. I joked about it being free since it wasn't done right. I said no just joking, I'll pay for it. Which I had every intention of doing. She took the charges off my bill anyway. Talk about making it right..I give the crew up there on 07/12/2022 kudos because they went above and beyo

Tyler is a great technitian there. He was very careful and respectful with my car and answered all of my questions to the fullest. highly reccomend Firestone over by midway mall in Elyria.

Took my car to this location in March. Had the rear shocks replaced. Upon receiving my car back, I pull out of the shop location, and immediately started experiencing issues with the rear shocks. I took it back, and they explained to me that their mechanic put the wrong sized bolts in the top mount. Thus causing the struts to fail. After 3 failed attempts to get my money back (Fix it right the first time or it’s free), I had put in a claim with the local attorney generals office. They proceeded to deny that they did any negligent work to my car, and refused to give me a refund. Their claims process is non existent, and they take advantage of hard working people. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND Service: Steering & suspension repair
