Conrad's Tire Express & Total Car Care

I booked an appointment for 9am to get 4 new tires which I had picked out on Conrads online website. I arrived at the store on time for my appointment. The first issue I had was the tires that I ordered about a four days prior to my appointment were not available in the store. I will say that the front desk associate did offer me a tire which was a little more expensive in price than the tire I had picked online and he price matched it for me. The associate then asked if I wanted to do the wheel alignment while I was getting the 4 tires. I asked for a price and he advised somewhere around $100 I dont remember the exact price, I told him that I WOULD get the alignment. I then also advised him that the tire pressure monitor fault light was illuminated on my dash board and told him depending on the price I may also have them repaired and asked him to have them looked at. The associate told me they should have it finished around 1200-1230pm and that he would call me when they had it in the

I sliced my tire on a curb on thanksgiving day.. called this Conrad’s as soon as they opened at 7:30 on Black Friday. I believe the manager, I wish I caught his name, said that he was low staffed but if I could get the car towed to them and dropped off he will get the tire there and it replaced before 5:00 when they closed. I was so happy with how easy he made it. I met there with the tow truck driver, dropped off and he and his team got it done around 3:00 despite being low staffed and very busy. I truly appreciate their work and customer service! I definitely recommend this Conrad’s!

Great customer service. Knowledgeable staff very willing to explain. I was sitting in the lobby and watched them politely and professionally apologize to a customer who had to return because of a problem from earlier servicing. They took a look at the situation, they agreed that something had come loose and took care of this gentleman. They didn't charge me to confirm that a screw in my tire had not gone all the way through the tread. Service done right, go here.
