Courteous staff. I appreciated the emergency appointment. Mike was very helpful in explaining the battery warranty and my options under the warranty. However, I feel that battery manufacturer’s warranty is a trap not to leave customers with much of an option but to go with a new warranty. I don’t think I will come to Lexus ever again for a battery replacement.

Mike is awesome, known him for almost 10 years. He slots me in for service at 10am so I don’t have to deal with traffic. When the repairs have been extensive, he lets me use a new Lexus as a loaner for as long as it takes. He knows me by name and sight. I consider this man a friend. You should give him a raise because he has earned it.
