I brought my 2015 audi a3 here to have a wheel bearing replaced and after quite some time they gave me a call and said they weren't familiar with foreign cars but still "replaced" the wheel bearings that I had an issue with upon leaving I found out that the problem was never resolved and was charged well over $200. They are white trash forsure, dude tried to get me to come fight him while I was on the phone trying to schedule a time to bring my car back in, all bc I left an honest, bad review. Great service, honest. I have my 2013 suburban transmission services. Other shops wouldn't even look at it said had to many miles at 170000. Edwards said they would look at it and ended up doing a full service fluid and filter. I just bought the vehicle a week before. After work was finished we took a weekend trip over 400 miles all was great.
Our experience with Edwards' Autocare has been the best. Always kind and professional. They actually care about you and your car; I believe in that order.
