Troy's Autobody and clean up

This was the absolute worst autobody experience I have ever had in my life, total incompetence. They had my vehicle for over six months and it was in the shams, After six months the windshield wasn’t repaired body panels weren’t put on the car was absolutely filthy and I was told probably at least 20 to 30 lies about a finishing date. If you use this service you have to be out of your mind. I now have my vehicle in a professional body shop to correct the work that they didn’t do or did it wrong. Service: Body & Trim

I took my car here because my dealership was backed up and because Troy’s offered to pay my deductible, which ended up being very helpful because the person at fault was uninsured. Debra was very nice but also honest, which I appreciated. My car had a good amount of damage to the front and the rear. I was expecting to be in a rental for over a month. Troy’s gave my car back to me today, exactly a month later, and it has never looked better. They did an extremely good job with the paint; my car looks brand new. I’m so happy I took my car to Troy’s. It was my first time taking my car to an independent shop, but I definitely don’t regret it. Thank you so much to everyone who helped in the process.
