Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Among other things I asked them to take care of was to check the engine's light which was constantly ON. Actually, I even wrote down all the things I wanted them to check in my car. So they had it in written form. When I was picking up my car they told me that everything from my list was fixed and the car is good to go. I trusted them on that. But as soon as I started my car I saw that the engine's light is still ON. I immediately returned back to their office and told them about it. The front desk guy told me that he is going to test it again which he did right away. He made a note for himself on the paper and told me that they are going to evaluate the data he collected and call me back today re this issue. They never called me back on that day neither on any other day. It has been a week since that happened. This I classify as VERY unprofessional. And on top of that when someone who claims to be an expert tells me that they fixed everything from the list I provid

Great work by knowledgeable staff, done on time and as quoted! This is my go-to place for my car’s needs and repairs concerning suspension, brakes, tire balance and rotation, undercarriage work; struts, wheel assembly, etc. Thanks to all the staff for treating me like a family friend instead of just some customer!

These do great work and they get it done fast! I also appreciate the level of communication I experienced. Will be back for my next set of tires and brakes.
