My car was dropped off on 01/28/2022. The parts were order in April 2022. Due to staffing shortages, my car was not dissembled until July 01, 2022. It is OCTOBER 13, 2022…I can not get anyone on the phone to update me about the my car. I have left 3 messages this week alone—no response!!!! Do NOT take your automobile here. They do not have the staff to fix it nor do they have the staff to respond to basic inquiries. It has been the absolute worst experience!! Service: Body & Trim
I love my experience with Gorman's! Very friendly, family operated, and they eased the burden of my accident. The best part was, they helped me get thousands more back when my insurance company was trying to offer me the minimum!
