They are scam. They will tow ur car and ask 220. They damaged my car when they were towing it and won’t take responsibility to fix it.

I was at Easton and my car wouldn't start. I don't have AAA or any other roadside assistance for my vehicle. I quickly looked up a place that could tow my car for a reasonable price and Excite was one of the places populated by Google. It was a double win when I saw they do auto repairs as well. They got to my location/vehicle within 45min. By the end of the day, they had my car running! Throughout the whole process, communication was top notch! All of the work was done at very fair or competitive pricing. We would definitely use them again for other automotive repair needs!

I would recommend taking your car anywhere other than this shop, especially if you’re a woman. Not only are they deceptive, they are also unbelievably overpriced, and probably the slowest service I have ever had. I was using their service to tow my car to another shop and the tow truck driver convinced me to let him take it to excite. Worst mistake I have made regarding my car and I wish I could take it back. Over a thousand dollars down the drain for a car they couldn’t even fix. And the man who answers the phone is rude and incredibly condescending to women. Don’t go here. Also, they will charge you $65 a day to store your car, even on the days it spends on the lot waiting to be worked on. They didn’t tell me this until the bill was due and quite frankly told me the opposite up until the last minute. Very shady. Services: Electrical repair, Car towing
