My daughter took her Jeep Liberty there and was very pleased. She is a single mom and they kept her repairs affordable. They had great turnaround time as well. I would definitely recommend.
I was on a road trip and experienced some issues with my steering. A Cleveland local recommended Z's and they diagnosed the problem on site, repaired it the same day, and even gave me a loner vehicle so I could get around town while my truck was in the shop. These guys are absolute gold. I might never be in Cleveland again, but I will always remember and appreciate how top notch their service was. I wish I could find a mechanic like that in my hometown!
