Mediocre. They did not take the time to replace an arm that was completely out of alignment which I had to take it to the Honda dealership. They did replace my front bumper which was nice of them. Thanks guys for an ok job. You guys kinda satisfied me but are costing me 295 for parts and 170 for labor. Thank you also there was a tire included in the quote which you guys did not give to me. I lease my car and not only did my taillight get busted while parked on the street, but there was damage done to the trunk and bumper. Using my insurance, we decided we may as well take care of all of it including the damage to the paint on the bumper. He was very accommodating and made my car look brand new again! I’ve had work done by VIP Auto Repair twice now. First time, front of my car was totaled (my fault). Second time, I got hit on side (not my fault). Both times, VIP did fantastic work, good as new, couldn’t tell there had been any damage done whatsoever. Lowest price after shopping around, the guy even fixed an extra part that was not in my initial quote just because on my first incident.
