I recently had a service issue with my 2020 Kia Soul.I called and got an appointment very quickly. Belinda Frost was my service person.She was so helpful with all my questions about the problem which was the gear shift light was not coming on. They took car back to check what the problem was. Belinda Frost came to me with the service technician ,he explained that a part specifically for that issue needed to be ordered . Within a few days part came in and my service appointment was set up within 2days! Belinda Frost again greeted me at the service station again explaining and reassuring me what and how long fixing my car would take . She then took me over to a very nice waiting area that has a vending machines and a TV. She also offered me a bottled water. The time of waiting was not long as Belinda Frost came and again explained what was done and my vehicle was ready to go . She took me over to Service counter to get paperwork and told me she will be back to take me to my car which was
