PCS Auto Body Shop

What a great experience. My car was sideswiped and had so much that needed repaired. Because help is hard to find, and parts can be hard to come by, I was freaking out about having transportation, but they helped me with a solution while my car was being finalized. After we received the car back it was beautiful. Not only was the exterior work great, they surprised us when we picked it up by having it completely detailed and beautiful on the inside as well. They genuinely want to help you. I have had nothing but great experiences with the auto and the body shop. Highly recommend.

I didn't take my car here based on their manager alone. After looking at my car he demanded I call my insurance agent on speaker phone in his office. Weird but ok, called him and the manager proceeded to yell at my insurance agent. Demanding to know what's going on and to provide a claim number. My insurance agent had to stop him and say I won't speak to you until you calm down. Strangest experience I've ever had with a company.
