North Coast is hands down the best shop to take your Italian or British exotics. Earl and his team are the most knowledgeable crew I've found when it comes to these cars. And the best part is that (unlike many dealers in my experience) they use that knowledge to help save you money wherever possible. This is a true enthusiast shop that will take great care of you and your car. Dont be off-put by the location, I've been going here for years and have never had an issue. I've been using them exclusively for my Ferrari and Lamborghini service.

Bought a Lamborghini Gallardo in Ohio and the dealership sent the vehicle to North Coast Exotics for a PPI. Spoke with Earl, the owner who gave me his report/inspection over the phone, to which I bought the car, trusting his professional opinion, which in turn the vehicle is a truly sound award winning car as stated by Earl. However, Earl will not provide any documentation to the dealership or I to date, this was done in September of 2020! This proves a point of Earl has no concept of business minded work. He has proven to be unprofessional and no concept of customer service...who in their right mind touches a vehicle, or services a vehicle and fails to provide any documentation on their actions!!!??? Not a recommended business for any future use.

Earl graciously works on my 1995 Jaguar XJ6. For being the only person who works on older Jaguars in the first place, he is beyond fair with diagnostics and pricing. He treats me the same as guys bringing in quarter million dollar cars. If you are lucky enough to get repairs here, you’ll find a auto repair shop for life. Services: Brakes, Electrical, Air conditioning, Carburetor cleaning, Auto engine tuning, Air & cabin filter replacement, Car waxing, Engine repair, A/C installation & repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical repair
