Norman’s was great. We were on our way to visit family for the holidays and got a major flat on the freeway. As soon as we got into the shop, they looked at our car right away and we’re able to get us in their shop for a new tire. Really appreciate their speedy and quality service. Saved Thanksgiving for me and my family.

On my way from Columbus to purchase my new car my brothers car started making a grinding noise and shaking when he hit the brakes. So while I was buying my new Infiniti they did a brake job on the car and we got a great deal plus they gave us an oil change as a courtesy since we were buying a car and getting service on another car.
