Gave them a written list of repairs I wanted completed. Called and discussed repairs twice BEFORE drop-off to make sure they could handle it. Dropped it off and told them they had a week. I had to get rental car. They said they couldn't fix two of the challenging troubleshooting items towards the END of the week. Then, they called and said I needed new brake pads. I agreed. Showed up expecting $600-800. It was $1500 because they replaced all rotors without consent. He called it a miscommunication but I was stuck at the counter with people waiting. I paid and went on. E-brake was stuck for two days, engine lights are all on again, plastic engine cover is missing hardware. They charged four hours labor for brake rotors. I can do that at home with a floor jack and breaker bar and manual torque wrench in less time than that by myself. They didn't even flush brake system (normally happens at rotor changes). Disappointing.
