I ended up with a flat tire while visiting 2 hours from home. The guys at Firestone were super friendly and accommodating. They let me drop off my flat so I could get on with my visit then the put my tire back on before I was to drive home. Fast, friendly, inexpensive. Nice waiting room. Went the extra mile and tucked my spare away neat and clean. Got home safe and sound and this flat wasn't the trip-ruiner it might otherwise have been. Thank you!! Service: Tires
I paid for my CV Axle front right to be replaced last year and have the receipt. Yesterday, my friend replaced the same CV Axle and showed me that It wasn’t replaced.
I took my vehicle in for front brake work. They quoted me $419 when I got there it was $479. The brakes started speaking as soon as I drove it the next day. I though it was due to new brakes I called 4 days later because it would not stop. Of course they tried to tell me it was the back brakes and that the front brakes masked the noise. WHAT? SWEAKING AND GRINDING ARE DIFFERENT NOISES. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.
