There was a slight hiccup with the first service representative that I was dealing with, he didn't take care of business the way he should of (Didn't order parts needed for my repair). Once I started dealing with the General Manager he got the ball rolling, my vehicle was in & out in several days as he promised. All in all I'm satisfied with the way the repair center GM handled things and most of all I'm satisfied with the repair !!!

My experience with master Jeremy was very pleasant. Jeremy made sure I knew what was going on with my vehicle at all times. Unfortunately my vehicle had to be listed as totaled and the rental car was due to be turned in on the 22nd of June where as I would have been without a car for three days. I was in a difficult situation but master Jeremy offered to pick up the tab for next three days therefore I did not have to turn it in until 6/25 and I purchased another car on 6/27. Thanks master Jeremy and Service King. You are the best. I highly recommend Service King. They are very professional and compassionate. ????
