Made an appointment for 8:00, for an alignment. When I arrived they said it would be a couple hours before they got to it. What was the point of the appointment. Very disappointed, ruining my tires as we speak, because Conrad's screwed me over
They held my car and promised service And didn’t even follow my scheduled appointment 2 days in row and nevertheless bad experience here he rebooked me twice and didn’t help me get the problem fixed
Sub par customer service. Went into have tires put on car, got a call to pick up vehicle. Went to pick up and asked if the oil leak was from the oil pan plug. I got a whole lot of pomp and circumstance. We add a dye to the oil and then check for leaks with UV. I asked to take a look when the vehicle was up on the lift, that's all. Got bill and nothing written in regard to my request. Said thank you and got not a your welcome but No problem. Sorry to be seen as a problem, guess it's a good place to work as long as you don't have customers.
